MWL Concept

MWL believes that education should be JiT (Just in Time). The content must have ingredients (unlike the current scenario of testing memory of participants) that develop creative solutions skills of the learner. Skilling should be bundled with Wisdom Thinking that recognizes individuals with discrete visions.
MWL believes that there are no dead ends. The Program gives students’ the perspective that no failure is final, until they disconnect/disengage and give up. As a thinker, it is alright for them to disengage and engage, by their intelligent reasoning based on their experience and learning. To form a robust reasoning, they need to form their opinion with rational and scientific thought. The new age is gadget/technology-based (Gen-Z) and has a different set of challenges and opportunities.
The primary objective of this mission is to equip the Gen Z with adequate, relevant and dynamic skills to manage the challenges faced by them, effectively. Considering this, MWL model is important for developing a generation that is less impulsive and more Dependable, Responsible, Creative and Independent at resolving problems/issues.
MWL seeks to develop a generation that is inspired by WISDOM Thinking and Decision Making.
The Vision of MWL is to develop the Society & our Nation into a nation of Young & Dynamic entrepreneurs, inventors, professionals and social engineers. The newly trained generation will be equipped with Wisdom Thinking that helps Resolve Problems .
The Program is designed to bring out the professionals by the time students finish their school (Class XII), at a cost that doesn’t pinch pocket.
MWL enables students to be industry ready, start own ventures and be opportunity expanders, or turn into inventors. This program will save time, money and help continue learning.
MWL is a transformational program with a Revolutionary Feature of No Examination.
MWL is program for students who have passed their Class VIII. Most participants will be from Class IX to Class XII. MWL continues alongside the regular school studies. This program equips the young minds with JiT (Just-in-Time) 8 CRITICAL professional skills that are required globally.

Moshy WISDOM Learning (MWL) follows a unique and customized Training and Delivery Models, designed for making the learning engagement interesting and yet subtle. The key aspects of the curriculum are:
  • OCTAGON – Conceptualizing, designing and implementing eight topics, the OCTAGON.
  • PCA – MWL motivates participants to follow the PCA (Participate-Communicate-Activate) model of learning implementation to enable effective learning implementation.
  •  CAIR – The learning cycle is covered by following 4 steps  – CAIR (Concept understanding – Analyse information – Implement learning Reflect/Review the outcome).
  •  DR-2C – MWL will help each participant to become Dependable, Responsible and Create Credible (DR-2C) outcomes. Other attribute we seek in our participants include:
4L – Each participant will complete the four levels:
  • Level 1 – First year – Certificate
  • Level 2 – Second year – Certificate
  • Level 3 – Third year – Certificate
  • Level 4 – Fourth year – Diploma
Our goal is that each participant exits each learning level and become a professional, leader and an inventor. All 4 levels learning outcome determine to have relevant industry skills imparted with a participant.

MWL motivates participants for utilizing the PCA (Participate-Communicate-Activate) to enable learning effective. Learning cycle is covered with 4 steps that are known as CAIR (Concept understanding – Analysis of information – Implementation of learning – Reflection/Review of outcome).

MWL journey is of 4 levels and each level has a Learning Outcome attached. First level – L1 makes a participant DEPENDABLE, L2 Responsible, L3 develops CREATIVITY to turn her/him CREDIBLE in L4. A participant exits the curriculum as professional, leader and inventor. All 4 levels learning outcome determine to have relevant industry skills imparted with a participant.
